Coolfox insulated and then installed a heater in my van. They had reasonable prices and did excellent work. Much more importantly, when the heater was not working properly, Joe sent me to a place that could do warranty repairs. The company would not pay to fix the defective unit and trouble went on for over a year. As a last resort, I contacted Joe who said that "he would not have one of his customers unhappy with the quality of his work." He stood by this and fully replaced the unit. It is now working well. Many thanks and I would patronize this business again without question.
